Glow in the dark wrapping paper - where have you been all my life? This beautiful stary design will glow green when the lights are out. During the day time or when the lights are on, the stars on the paper will be white. The glow in the dark wrapping paper just needs 15 mins of charge from any light source and it will then continue to glow for 24 hours, until charged up again with more light. Marvelous eh!
