Making A Purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site and add the items to the basket. After you have made your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for some details that we need to complete the order. We accept credit/debit card payments, telephone orders, email orders, cheques, cash and bank transfers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron. If you prefer, you can phone your order through.

 

Despatch & Delivery - All orders placed before 5:00pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day. We offer a choice of delivery services for UK addresses:

Next Day Delivery Service (UK Mainland) Customers using our Next Day Delivery Service will receive their order the next working day. Orders placed after 5:00pm are despatched the next working day.

Guaranteed Before 10.00am Next Day Delivery Service (UK Mainland) Customers using our Guaranteed Before 10.00 Service (placed before 5:00pm on weekdays) will receive their order the next working day before 10.00am. Please ensure you provide a delivery address (maybe a work address) where someone will be available to sign for your order.

Saturday Morning Delivery Service (UK Mainland) Customers who require delivery for Saturday morning can use this service up until Friday 5:00pm. The order will be received on Saturday morning at the very latest 12.00pm. This is especially useful if you're in work during the week and rather it delivered Saturday morning when you know you're going to be home and able to sign for your order.

Northern Ireland, Highlands and Offshore Islands Delivery to the above destinations can take between 1-2 days, usually 1 day for Northern Ireland.

International The Glowhouse deliver to many countries all over the world. Delivery schedules are between 2-7 days and despatched from our warehouse the same day if placed before 5:00pm Monday-Friday UK time.

Credit Card Security - Credit card security is paramount at The Glowhouse. We have made sure the web site is secure with 256 bit encryption which you can clearly see at the checkout thanks to the small padlock either on your status bar or your address bar. Refund Policy - We conform to 'THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000' (UK), by providing:

We cannot replace items due to accidental damage or incorrect sizing. All faulty items must be returned within 7 days.

Your right to a 7 working day cooling off period, to notify us in writing, if you wish to cancel the order and return the goods.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us in writing (or by telephone) within seven working days after date of delivery and return to us with the original packaging and in a saleable condition. We will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Please note, glow items can only be returned if faulty, unless 'Sale or Return' has been agreed. We must be notified of faulty items within 7 days of receiving faulty goods & have them returned to us within 7 days of your notification.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by the terms of any contract.
