I bought one o these for my other half for Christmas and after the initial look of 'what on earth' he and the 12 year old couldn't put it down. It is true, it's addictive and somewhat competitive, as it you just want to push yourself further each time, it's also fun though. Whether you're messing about playing or taking it seriously to strengthen your arms it's still great fun and a fabulous product. I rate it 10 out of 10.
