Making A Purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site and add the items to the basket. After you have made your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for some details that we need to complete the order.

We accept credit/debit card payments, telephone orders, email orders, cheques, cash, postal orders and bank transfers.

We accept Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail. We also accept cheques.

Despatch & Delivery - All UK orders packed and sent out on a 24hour service.

Orders outside the UK to Ireland, Europe and the USA can expect to wait a couple more days for the goods to arrive.

Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security - All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Refund Policy -

We conform to 'THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000' (UK), by providing:

• We cannot replace items due to accidental damage or incorrect sizing. All faulty items must be returned within 7 days.
  
  
• Your right to a 7 working day cooling off period, to notify us in writing, if you wish to cancel the order and return the goods.
  
  
• If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us in writing (or by telephone) within seven working days after date of delivery and return to us with the original packaging and in a saleable condition. We will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods.
  
  
• Please note, glow items can only be returned if faulty, unless 'Sale or Return' has been agreed. We must be notified of faulty items within 7 days of receiving faulty goods & have them returned to us within 7 days of your notification.
  
  
• Your statutory rights are unaffected by the terms of any contract.
